Same Day Pay Clock in/out Am I eligible for Same Day Pay?

Do I have to claim my wage early?

What if I have problems clocking in/out of my shifts with location services turned on?

To edit your clock-in and out times, follow these steps.

1. From your Profile, tap “Past Shifts.”
2. Select the shift that you would like to amend.
3. Tap “Edit Time.”
4. Select “In” or “Out” to amend.
5. Select your times within the clock.
6. Tap “OK” to update your times.

You may not be able to withdraw funds for that specific shift, but we’ll fix this issue for the next time you choose to use Same Day Pay.

If you want to know how to turn on location services, it differs slightly depending on your device.

For iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy > Security > Location Services, then turn on Location Services.

For Android, go to your Settings app > under ‘Personal’, tap ‘Location Access > at the top of the screen, turn ‘Access to my location’ on.
